can't connect to IE7 & Netscape

My HP pc is using wireless connection. But I don't know why I can't use my IE7 and Netscape... I can't access to any site.
Firefox is little bit better, I can access some of the site, but cannot go any login page... for example, when I try to login to my email...its cannot transfer to my inbox

it's a pc, and I'm using linksys wireless adapter for my wi-fi connection...........recently I've updated to IE7, then the problems getting worse, both IE and Netscape said no connection to internet to any sites, firefox is better, still can connect to some sites except pages like gmail, yahoo mail, hotmail, etc, sites that need security login.
