Comment:

Every time I try to download something it begins to download but stops and says:

"Internet explorer was not able to open this internet site. The requested site is either unavailable or cannot be found. please try again later"

And this is for every site and I've restarted my PC and ran many virus scans, spyware scans, etc. Anyone know what I should do?
