I am going out of my mind trying to figure out what happened between Friday and Sunday. Up until Sunday, I could connect Outlook with our email provider. I have worked non-stop with them and have entered all of the correct information into Outlook and it's still telling me that I can't connect with incoming or outgoing POP3. I can connect into the internet with absolutely no problems. I also having the same problem connecting with McAfee.
Does anybody know why and how to fix this problem?

It could be that they went to a secure authentication. Try going to Tools -> Acounts Settings -> Change -> More Settings -> Advanced and check on the "This server requires encrypted connection SSL". I had an ISP do this to me once.
Otherwise you have a firewall blocking SMTP and/or POP. Get a Laptop -> Turn off Windows Firewall and Symantec -> Try it on a regular wire if it fails then hook the laptop into your DMZ and try again. If it fails there then call your ISP.
