I'm having a problem deleting url history for yahoo files. There are 2 of them I can't get rid of. One is when type in profiles.yahoo.com a list of some profiles I viewed keep coming up and then on yahoo website the games link is in purlple like I visited it even after I cleared history, temp files, and cookies over and over again. How can I get rid of these yahoo urls?

I had the same problem, nothing in the registry! I downloaded a program called Complete Internet Cleanup Pro 2.2 from http://www.pcmesh.com
It does the trick and gets rid of all index.dat, cache.txt files (which i was quite shocked to read before deleting!) and completely removes them annoying url's that never go away in the address bar.
I have nothing to do with the company above but it is a great program but it has to be bought after 15days of full functionality. As it is american and im from the UK and don't have a card to buy it, i guess ill just have to be careful what I surf in future after the 15days. HTH
