Hello Everybody,
I'm working on a friends computer that was plagued with viruses and spyware. I've been through this before and I had to do it from safe mode. Well I can't boot into safe mode in this computer. I get to the screen with the selections for safe mode, safe mode with networking support, etc. So I select anything except a normal (it will boot up normally)and it will start to go into safe mode then terminate and reboot or a blue sceen will come up with lots of words on it. I did a search for "can't boot into safe mode" but I couldn't find anything that helped, my eyes hurt from reading. What would keep it from booting into safe mode? I hope someone can help me? HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
