Can't boot computer

June 12, 2010 at 19:15:59
Specs: Windows XP
When I turn on my computer a black screen with the following shows up: Initializing Intel Boot Agent.Version 4.1.08 PXE 2.1 Build 083 (WfM 2.0), RPL V2.74
The following configuration options were automatically updated:
Disk: 41.1 GB Maxtor N40P
CD-ROM: Compaq CD-ROM SC-148E

If you are running Unix, you need to configure your system using the computer set up utiltity (F10)

At the bottom a blue box with F1 Save Changes is present as well as an F10 F12 and Service Boot on the other side at the bottom that are not in blue. No matter what I choose I can't get Windows to load. I don't know what happened to cause this. I bought this computer from a local school district a year ago, so I do not have any back up disks for windows or anything else. Please help!

Have you entered the bios to make sure that the boot option is Hard Drive first?
