Can't add printers (

CPU/Ram: Pentium/64

I've seen this problem in an old post, but I can't find a resolution.

Add new hardware fails to install the printer and maunual selection gives the above error.

Help!

Install again and use "Have disk" option if available.

Look at this M$ Article.
Your "RPC Server is unavailable" is seen in red letters 2/3 of the down.

"Event ID: 7000" or "Event ID: 7013" Error Message When You Attempt to Start a Service
