Can't acess sites

Hello, Here is my problem. Using IE 6.0, I can't acess some sites even if the ping is successful. This is not a problem from my ISP since my friend can acess them. What is weird is that any images from the sites I can't go are being showed on my site even if I delete all my temporary folder. The problem is not IE since it doesn't work with Netscape. I can't acess the sites too from my other comps of my LAN. Thx, and hope you understant...

Go to the server, (the computer that connects to the internet) and see if that computer can access web pages.
