On a Comcast high speed internet connection I cannot access the Southwest web site. The operating system is XP SP3. I cleared all cache items on the internet, run Ccleaner, MalwarebYtes, SpyBot, did IP flush and reset, and reset TCP/IP. This did not do anything to eliminate the problem. I can access all other web sites only the www.southwest site times out. I ran trace route and it fails consistently on a jump on a server in Dallas. It’s the 16th jump. If I enter the direct IP address for the Southwest web site it works but the URL fails. I took the computer to another location on an Embark high speed internet connection and it accessed the southwest site with no problem. I took it back to the Comcast connection and it fails. I could drop this and just use the IP address but I would like to get some input from others and see if there is anything I am missing. Thanks for thinking about it.
