hello all-

My computer, running mozilla, is suddenly unable to access any site that has password access or a secure server. this includes all of my university websites, bank, email etc. needless to say, a nuisance. i tried clearing all of the temp. internet files, cache, cookies, a reboot and IE (which gets a 'page not found'). . none of it worked
help!

So good info here http://www.duxcw.com/faq/win/xp/secure.htm but don't be suprised if it takes a repair install to fix it.

I had a similar problem when fixing my sister's system. She had not updated to SP2 or run any available updates...ever.
After updating she could get into all secured sites.
