I cannot access one of my computers on my network, I can see the computer just can't access it. It says that I don't have permission to access it...any ideas on how to make it so I can access this computer.

The Sharing permissions will have to be set up properly. Are you talking about a computer at work, or a home computer?

I had a similar problem with two home computers that were networked together. I fixed it by disabling simple file sharing. On each networked computer, open Windows Explorer and go to Tools - Folder Options - View - Files and Folders, and uncheck the last box in the section (entitled "Use Simple File Sharing (Recommended)). Doing this enabled me see all files on one computer from the other (of course, the permissions have to be granted, as has been noted earlier in this string). Even though it says unchecking the box is not recommended, I do not seem to have suffered any ill effects from doing so.
Good luck,
David

Make sure that file sharing is active and at least one folder is shared, especially if the pc that can't access the other(s) is running Windows 98SE.
