can't access CD files??

I have burned a CD with Nero as usual (with good results) except for the fact that I can't access any of the files - they simply won't open. The information shown in "This Computer" shows a CDFS file system (whatever that is) and a size of 702MB which I reckon should be ok on a 700MB CD as another I burned at 739MB works fine. Anyone know how to recover my files? Thanks, Steve
