I have a Dell Inspiron 8200. C: is 40GB, NTFS. I tried using PM8 to create a 6GB partition and now I can't access the C: at all. I ran the rescue disks, but I can't fdisk the C:, and the PM8 on the disk doesn't let me do anything to the C: except delete/remove the primary partition (checking the disk returns error #46, which the powerquest website says to resolve by running fdisk /f on the C: -- doesn't work because I can't get to C drive). I tried rewriting the MBR using the rescue disks, but it said "Operation Unsuccessful"; I'm guessing this was because I can't access the C:. Anyone help please??
