Hi
I tried uninstalling AVG Free Antivirus the other day, restarted my pc, and it was still there, but all the uninstall exes have gone, it seems.
Anyone have any ideas how to uninstall it? I don't need it anymore because i've got norton antivirus now.

Boot into safe mode. Go to start, run, msconfig and click startup. Uncheck anything that looks like AVG. Go to the program's path (C:/programs/AVG/) and delete everything there. Go to start, run, regedit. Go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software. Delete AVG. Do the same in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/Software.

I've managed to uninstall it now, by following what you said.
I had to download a little program called "GiPo@MoveOnBoot", so i could delete avgse.dll at startup (i couldn't remove it safe mode).
Thanks for your help!
