Cannot Run Install.exe/Setup.exe

My computer cannot execute Install.exe or Setup.exe. When I try to install NOD32 antivirus (Install.exe).... it open file install.txt. The same happen when I run setup.exe .... it open file setup.txt.
Note that before it, I was uninstalling Norton Antivirus. I don't know if this could cause the problem.
