Suddenly, I cannot open more than 1 IE window. I tried to to click another IE Icon and a new window appeared for 1 sec and disappeared. I can only view web page under One broswer window.. Can someone help me ?

You cannot open a new Internet Explorer window or nothing occurs after you click a link

Go to tool/internet options/advanced and uncheck "Reuse windows for launching shortcuts.
