Comment:

I recently installed Medal of Honor Allied Assault , played, then uninstalled and was left with a program group folder titled "Medal of Honor" (the name I assigned for it during the install) . It is empty, a 0 byte folder, and when I try to delete or move it I get the error message: cannot move file: "Cannot read from the source file or disk" Help! I removed all registry instances of "Medal of Honor" but nothing seems to work. Anyone?

Have you tried refresing the directory where the folder you wanna delete is? It's proberly already been deleted, and the Explorer hasn't updated the view of the directory where the folder is.

Otherwise
restart in safe mode, then try to delete the folder if it still shows.
