cannot login as administrator

OS: winxp pro
CPU/Ram: amd 1800+/256
Comment:

when I try to switch users there is no administrator or guest shown. I have no administrator permissions. Help!!

Try pressing Ctrl/Alt/Del twice at the welcome screen to gain access to the Administrator logon.

If u have no other users (ie, no welcome screen), then boot in safe mode to get to Administrator logon.

Forgot to mention that u have to logoff (not fast user switch) and type administrator and ur password in the first option above.
