Cannot install the Active X Control

November 23, 2010 at 18:46:14
Specs: Windows XP, Pentium 4
Hello everyone..

I'm trying to update the windows, then it was asking for Installing the Active X control. As usual, i just right click the Internet Explorer Information bar, just below the address bar to install it. But, the Information bar doesn't appear, so i cannot update the windows.

So then, i've tried to download the Active X Control from another website. But still keep asking for installing the Active X Control to view the Microsoft Update website.

Thank You :)
