Hello,
I cannt install anything resonably big on my Laptop with XP Home Edition. I am trying to install VPN Client and it unpacks it and wouldnt do anything. It is there in the processes list and the funny thing is when i restart my machine just before its getting off the installation starts but since its getting rebooted it cannt continue.
I tried to end each process in the Processes list to see if anything is blocking. to my understanding when i delete either sbhc.exe or srng.exe the installation is starting but after a while it gives a memory dump and freezes.
Anyone knows a way around this problem or if its a virus.?? Like there days i have another problem with IE : if i type a wrong URL it shows the "page not found" error and a error dialog box with "error occured and "send report" and "cancel" buttons" if i click either of them all the explorer windows are killed . Am sure its either a bug or some virus .
