Cannot install .exe?

CPU/Ram: 2Ghz/256DDR

I cannot install a file which is .exe in my computer(1), but can in computer(2). I think I have set something in the regedit, but forgot what. So, need some help here. Thx!

You really need to put more information in mate. Speed of Computer 1, Speed of Computer 2...so on, it MIGHT not make a difference, but then again, it MIGHT! post a reply with both machines Specs and then ill see if I or anyone else can help...

If it can run in computer 1 but not in computer 2, and computer 1 is not xp and computer 2 is, then likely your exe is a dos or 16-bit application file. you need to right click on it, select compatibility options, and tell xp to treat it as an older windows file. alternatly, run it in the command prompt.
