Comment:

I have tried numerous times to install Adobe Flash Player on my computer but I keep getting the following error message: "Failed to install. For troubleshooting tips, please see http://www.adobe.com/go/tn_19166." I went to the website and followed all of the instructions but I still cannot install the software. Can anyone out there help me with this situation? I would really appreciate it.

Thanks,

bdthomas02
