cannot hibernate

i've uninstalled PGP6.0.2i but it didn't re-enabled my hibernation feature. How to enable this feature back. Everytime i try to enable it, it give me the message "This process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process"

Try booting up in Safe Mode (press F8 during bootup) and turning hibernation OFF (Power Options in Control Panel). Then restart normally and turn hibernation back ON. This shoudl delete the hiber.sys file and then create a new one, which should hopefully fix your problem...
