cannot find server message

When I try to access the secure pages at thebancorp.com, i.e. when clicking on login or signup links I'm getting a 'cannot find server' message in my IE6. In NS7 I'm getting a 'the connection was refused when attempting to contact secure.thebancorp.com' error message. The strange thing is 2 days ok I was able to login and work with it ok, now since over 1 day I can't seem to access the login pages anymore. All non-secure pages at this site are coming up ok. Any hints you can give me on this are higly appreciated.
