I am able to connect to that station using the link below. If you can't then check your internet browser settings.
I can get to the original link you posted but it is a mess (from IE or Firefox). Looks like there is something wrong with the coding on there, so this post might be better placed on the Web Development forum.

Even if the station is the product of the poster it still can be accessed using the second link.
