how can i boot from usb cdrom in Dynabook ds80p/2 cdrom is powered and the booting sequence is ok what could be the problem. i have also try booting from network but it ask me for the network drivers pliz help if there is another way

... does the bios state boot order usb device enabled? or something similar?

In other words, USB is one of the boot options & you have it listed 1st in the boot order?

Floppy, usb flash, pcmcia, internal cd, dunno might be more.
"Best Practices", Event viewer, host file, perfmon, antivirus, anti-spyware, Live CD's, backups, are in my top 10

...sometimes the bios won't see it untill the usb device is plugged in and then you boot-up to bios and select it!
... depends on the make .... Toshiba's are the worst!
