Open (use Notepad) the "host" file (no extension) in C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc and remove any line in it containing either taperssection.com OR 12.96.162.208

I went and found the file, but there were no refrences to it whatsoever. The only thing it said was that it was a sample hosts file. Any help is greatly appreciated!
