Cannot access web page

All of a sudden I cannot access ezboard, have done all the things that are address from deleting cookes to reset....etc.... Help it's only ezboard that I've having this problem with.

In internet explorer go to tools then internet options and click on the security tab. click on restricted sites and see if it is listed there. If it is, then delete from the restricted sites list.

If that doesn't help...try running an antivirus, I know of a trojan that can restrict sites... :(
