For the past two days, in both firefox and IE, I haven't been able to access most websites that require me to enter passwords, this includes facebook, hotmail, my bank etc. I also cannot log on to my windows live messenger. It states there is an issue with key ports. Some will let me get as far as entering my pw, whereas others simply will not load.

I have tried turning my firewall and my anti-virus software off with no luck.
