Cannot access e-mail through Net

I cannot seem to access any type of e-mail service through the Internet, regardless of the browser that I am using. When accessing Yahoo, Hotmail, etc., I simply receive a message saying that the "page cannot be found". I have tried disabling my firewall to no avail. What can possibly be the issue?
