i have Broderbund 3d home architect deluxe 3.0 installed on my xp computer with Firefox browser. When i go to control panel uninstall 3d home architect deluxe 3.0 it causes pc cleaners to pop up when i try programs - 3id home architect deluxe 3.0- uninstall it still does the same thing .
If i try to uninstall other programs no problems only problem is with 3d home architect deluxe 3.0 not uninstalling. the program was installed with a retail package/ CD
If you can't get it to uninstall the normal way, then go to Program files and delete the entire folder. Then use the registry module in Ccleaner Slim to remove the remaining orphan entries in the registry. Get Ccleaner Slim at the link below.

only problem I have is trying to figure which files to delete from registry
I told you. Just run the registry module in Ccleaner Slim. It will find the correct files.

the Ccleaner sim was breeze to use I was kind of gun shy at first as deleting wrong reg will make a messCcleaner sim is def going in my tool box !
You didn't say which pc cleaners you were using. Another way would have been to turn them off during the uninstall. It might have come out quite normally then. Seems to me they "caused" your problem.
