Can not ping or access a system

I have a toshiba laptop connected to my network either wired or wireless when ever I try to ping itI receive a request time out I have stoped windows firewall service as well as ipsec service and there isnt any third party firewall running

What is the ip you are using to ping it? From the command prompt, run ipconfig/all and post the results.

I am on the same network the infacted system can ping all the other systems.

Have you ever been able to ping that laptop ever? Make sure all firewalls are down both from the pc sending the ping and the pc attempting to receive the ping.
