Can not delete user account

I tryed to delete a user account and it freezes up sayes not resprounding. what can I do to delete that account? thank you I really need the help.

im unsure why you would say it's freezing
open up taskmanager , close all processes to do with antivirus software then open up control panel, users and delete the account you want to (as administrator)
