Can not copy images

i just can not copy images from internet in jpg format i just can copy in bmp format what should i do to make it copy in jpg.

Delete your temporary internet files. Go to Tools/Internet Options/ and then choose the Delete Files box under Temporary Internet Files and this will fix the issue.
