I have a PC that had windows loaded on c drive. I reinstalled windows on D drive and cleared out the C drive. Now I get a message "NTLDR is missing" during boot up.I figure that it is looking in the C drive for it. How do I fix this?

The bootloader looks only in the boot drive (which in this case is C) for NTLDR. It has no way of knowing about any other drives. The best way to solve this depends very much on your future plans for the C drive. The easy way would be to make the D drive bootable and do a repair install. Otherwise it becomes more complicated.
