Comment:

My computer recently became infested with pop-ups and automatic shut downs, I purchased a "pc technician" virus remover cd to alleviate these problems. (also did free downloads of AdAware and Spybot) Since I put the disc in the drive my computer has been somewhat better, not completely better.. My major problem is that I cannot open my C: drive. I go to my computer and it says "report error" (I am running Windows XP) Any advice for this novice? much appreciated.

Information you should have entered above is
helpful to others for helping you.

OS is Operating System (Win XP Home or XP Pro)

CPU/RAM
CPU is the type of Processor in your computer
and its speed.
RAM is how much RAM memory you have.
For me I would put P4,1.5/512 MB

Right click My Computer,
then Properties.
All the above information can be found on the
General tab.

System Manufacturer is who made your computer.
