Can i share internet like this?

Can I share my internet. I get internet from sbc(Ameritech) dsl.I get the internet from my phone line to a modem(Alcatel Speedtouch) that was provided by sbc. the modem connects to my pc via usb. How can i share it. And if its possible i don't want to have one pc always on and connected to internet so the other can acess it. If not i just want to know how to share it. Thank you!!!! if you can step by step plz!!

Yes there are. There are several routers on the market that have both USB and RJ45 connectors. -=Bryan=-
