Can I setup a VPN on xp pro? I need to setup a server that is accessable from the internet and that can monitor and restrict access to files/folders based on their security. I also need people to be able to logon at the same time. Is there a better way to do this?

If I recall correctly, only 10 users can access a windows SMB share simultaneously on XP Pro -- so if you need more than 10 users at a time, XP won't work very well for the file sharing...unless you want to make it HTTP or FTP based.
Personally, I would go w/ a *nix box running OpenVPN & Samba...
I've also run OpenVPN on XP w/ no problems -- works decently, but it can be a little hard to install. No idea on how to use the MS VPN stuff, sorry.
