ok i just bought new software but it says i dont have a certain prog installed but i do have it installed i want to know how to veiw a cab file on the disk because when i use winzip or winrar it says cannot open how will i open this cab file?

Use the Expand command from the command prompt:

C:\EXPAND FILE.CAB

Hey i did expand data1.cab then it said detination folder not specified then i typed expand data1.cab c:/data1

buit then it just copied it with no extention what else do i do
