CPU/Ram: Celeron 566MGhz 256 mb ra

hey i was reformatting my old computer and i decided to make it into 2 partitions and install xp on one of them. When i try to install windows it boots up and says C0000219 {Fatal System Error}. Can someone tell me whats going on? Is it the partitions?

no your system files might be corrupt.
try reinstall xp again

i have tried reinstalling 3 or 4 times but it still gives me that error.
