Hi, i'm having some problems burning with nero in windows xp. as administrator it all works fine, log on as one of other family members on their user accounts and i cant see my burner as a burner and it tells me to seek my system administrator to gain access to the program. any ideas? i have already granted everyone full access to the software and now im stumped.

had the same problem with nero, as well as some other software (audiogalaxy, MMJB …).

The reason is (I guess) that all those programs require multiple licenses or one floating license with a floating license manager.

Only turn around I found was to define each one of my family members as a system administrator …..

I know it sounds stupid but it works fine.
