I can burn files on a DVD+RW, but I can't burn the same file on a DVD+R. Could someone help me PLEASE!!! the burner is a NEC DVD RW

Maybe your machine wants -R
Google for the NEC website.
The support section will most likely tell you which are the best disks to use in your machine.

Is the problem related to an emotional problem where you just can't get yourself to do it or is the reason more related to a technical problem you are experiencing when you try to do so?
If the later then do let us know what is preventing you from burning to DVD+R. Letting us know how you are doing it and which application you are using will help too. Knowing the NEC model number would of value.
