Burning bootable CD with Nero 7?

Specs: Windows XP, 2GB

Hi everyone!
Using all the info I could find on the net, I still cannot make a bootable CD using Nero 7.
I just want to make a bootable CD basing on the bootsectors from a bootable floppy with DOS 7.
What tab do I start with?:
Would appreciate a simple step by step procedure.
