I have just burned a CD using Nero Burning ROM. Every went fine, but when I tried to read it back in Windows, it appeared blank. However if I go back into Nero, Nero sees stuff on the disc. I would really like to know what is going on.

If you've made a multisession CD, you might need to finalize it before Windows can read it.

You do not need to finalize a cd if you are using multilple sessions. I use it all the time with both Nero and CDBurnerXP Pro.

How are you determining that there is nothing on the disk?
Are you using Windows Explorer?

Use Windows Explorer, place the disk in the drive,
wait for it to load it.
Click on the drive
Right click choose Properties.

What is listed?
Is space used list?
How much space used?
Free space will equal zero this is normal.
What is listed under File system? Is it CDFS ?

Supply the answers to the question and we will proceed from their.
