If it is a hardware problem State the model number of the hardware. Who manufactured it. Is it a new problem or old problem. What causes the problem. Now if it is program. State which program and version number. Give an accuray description of the problem. If an error occurs copy down the error code completely and post it here. Decibe how you are using the program , what you are trying to accomplish and where it goes bad. With this type of information a quick and accurate solution can be found quicker and eazier.
