can any1 give me a link or tell me exactly wat i need to build a new computer and how much a decet one for gaming would cost.
i want it to be 2.7+ mhz, 512 ram, good vedio card for games

There is no "exactly" in building a computer. Each one can be unique depending on what hardware you want to put into it. I would suggest if you need someone to tell you "exactly" than maybe you should be looking at having someone else build it. I found with the last machine I bought that I could buy one for about the same price, and get a warranty from the builder.

My advice:
I'd suggest you Google for "building a computer". Read all you can. Some of the sites info might be dated, but the principles are the same.
Do research too on any hardware you think you want, check the reviews before you buy, and try to buy for quality, not just good price.
Do lots of research then decide if you want to try a build.

I agree with ntengineer. If you are building your own computer with the intention of saving money, forget it. It will probably cost you more.
The benefits of building you own computer is that you will learn along the way and when you come to upgrade you will have some idea of what you need and how to do it.
You wont learn anything by having someone tell you "exactly" what you need. Only you can work that out as it is you that is going to be using it and spending the money.
A good place to start is to bring up Google and enter "build you own computer". Theres a wealth of information there, but you are going to have to do some reading.

Building your own computer is really easy. The hard part is deciding what to put in it. Building your own computer is cheaper, since you're not paying for the brand name. You can also put in quality components rather than generic stuff that the big name companies use. (It's cheaper for them to just replace cheap parts that might last past the warranty period).
For the computers I've built, their specs are higher but their cost were cheaper than systems you'll see around. You just need to know what you want, and price shop around
