btwdins.exe slowly taking up ram

OS: Windows Xp pro sp2
CPU/Ram: 3.15ghz p4c/512 ram

When i turn on my bluetooth devise, the process: btwdins.exe starts takeing ram slowly and does not stop till my comp lockes up from lack of ram whats rong?
