I installed a Rage Pro AGP card with a TV tuner. I do not have the CD for the driver installation but it uses the Windows WDW drviers that come with the operating system anyways. It installs all of the necessary drivers but when it gets around to installing the BT829 the device does not work. I get an error message when I go into the hardware configuration that states, "This device cannot start"

Go to the manufacturers website and get the latest drivers for your card. XP native drivers often suck, and even if they do work, they sometimes don't work very well.

I also tried the manufacturer's drivers. They do not let you download the ones that come on the original CD but a different one. The ones I downloaded still do not work.
