BSOD with USB

CPU/Ram: 768mb Ram

After months of joy I've finally had the bsod.
Message: BUG_USB_DRIVER
Does this mean a driver update?

Could be. Could also be a corrupt driver, failing usb device / port, etc.

The only USB Device is Voyager 105 Modem for BB, its on, on average, 08/12hrs a day.
Modem is 4mths old, would it burn out so soon?

The information that you provide is very limited. I need to process your minidumps and you can find it at the folder \windows\minidump. If you post your email addres here, I will reply to you and you reply back with the minidump.
