The issue is that there are too many causes to detail them here.

I sure am amazed that as popular as Google is that more posters here don't seem to use it to troublshoot their problem. I wonder how they found CN to start with. Google maybe?

I really have no idea why the OP link translated to another link (I right click on the link Property to verify true URL address. I also removed the HTTP:// so that the link will display below).
